Can you assist with song choice?
While we are happy to provide recommendations, we understand that song choices are deeply personal. Feel free to choose your own two songs, each approximately 3 minutes long, that hold special meaning for you. Let us know your selections, and we'll seamlessly integrate them into your montage to make it even more meaningful.
How do I submit my photos?
Please share all your photos in a Google Drive folder, arranged in the sequence you'd like them to appear in the video. Title the photos with identifiers such as "Groom 1," "Groom 2," "Bride 1," "Bride 2," "Couple 1," "Couple 2," etc.
Why are
pre-wedding photos important?
Pre-wedding shots are a crucial element in creating a captivating and personal montage. Providing at least 10 pre-wedding shots, capturing you in your best attire, adds charm and interest to your video, making it a more memorable experience.
How many photos can I include in my wedding montage?
We recommend selecting 50-70 photos for your montage to ensure a well-paced and memorable video experience.
​What information do you need for the video title?
Please share both your name and your fiancé's name. We'll use this information to personalize the video title. If you have specific requests on how you'd like your montage to start, feel free to let me know, and I can customize it accordingly.
Can I add captions to my video?
Absolutely! Let us know if you have specific captions in mind, such as memories from your dating days, childhood stories, and more.
Do you offer scanning services?
Yes, we provide scanning services to assist you in obtaining the best quality images for your montage. This helps prevent very low video quality and pixelation.
What is the turnaround time for the finished product?
For photo-only orders, the turnaround time is approximately 1 week. For video footage and montages, please allow about 2 weeks. Urgent orders can be accommodated with a surcharge of $30. We value your time and aim to deliver a quality product promptly!
Can I make changes to the montage
Yes, you may make changes to the montage. However, it is best to have all photos and materials ready before the editing process begins. Editing is a complex task, and every frame has to be readjusted with every change made, so that the timing and overall coherence remain in order.
How will I receive the final video, and what is the payment process?
A private, non-downloadable video will be shared with you on YouTube once the first draft is completed. Once you are satisfied, a downloadable copy will be issued to you upon receipt of payment via PayLah or PayNow. Your satisfaction and convenience are our priorities!
